Which countries are delivered by Phil Mode?

PhilMode currently delivers in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands

What are the shipping costs?

Belgium:

For any home delivery order over 100 € and for any pickup-point delivery over 75€, shipping costs are offered to you!

Under 100 € for home delivery or 75 € for pickup-point delivery, delivery costs of 5,15 € will be charged.

France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands :

  • France: the home delivery is 8 € no matter the amount of your order.
  • Luxembourg: the home delivery is 8 € no matter the amount of your order.
  • Netherlands: the home delivery is 8 € no matter the amount of your order.

What are the delivery methods?

Belgium:

Our partner BPOST offers you 2 possibilities:

  • You have your order delivered to the address of your choice
  • Pick up your order at the post office or point post.

You can select your delivery method in "Mode of delivery".

  • If you choose to send your package to a specific address, please fill in the mandatory "address" fields. We will send you an e-mail containing the following information.

France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands

  • France: Only home delivery
  • Luxembourg: Only home delivery
  • Netherlands: Only home delivery

Bpost collaborates with foreign postal operators and private companies to make sure that international parcels are delivered to their destination in a reliable manner. Depending on the country of destination, these parcels will be distributed to the final customer by a local factor or a private courier.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are 2 to 8 working days from the date of order. (Excluding disturbances beyond our control)

For France and Luxembourg, delivery times are 4 to 10 working days from the date of order (without disturbances beyond our control)

Can I have my parcel delivered to a different address than mine?

For sure you can encode a new address, different from your billing address, or select an address from your address book during the "Delivery & Invoicing" step.

How can I track my package?

The delivery of your order can be tracked through BPOST's Track & Trace tracking application. Information about your order will be sent by e-mail as soon as we have placed your order with the carrier.

I was not at home when the parcel was delivered.

Belgium: If you are not present at the first attempt at delivery, a notice of passage will be deposited by BPOST in your mailbox.

2 choices are available:

  • Contact BPOST to set a new delivery date
  • Pick up your parcel from a Bpost Post Office

France and Luxembourg: If you are not present at the first attempt at delivery, a notice of transit will be deposited by local factor or a private courier.

I have not received my parcel / my package does not correspond to my order.

If you are not satisfied, there is a solution :

Online via Bpost or any other methods of delivery:

If you wish to make your return online via Bpost or any other methods of delivery, please fill in the return voucher in your package and slip it in the package with the items you wish to return. You can then :

  • Use the regular post (return costs, determined by carrier, at your expense) by returning the items to this address:

Belgium

  • Use the Bpack Back Retail service (Belgium only). This service allows you to immediately get a completed return label with a follow-up link from a post office or post office. In the latter case, the return fee of 5 € will be at your expense.

Notes

If you return the parcel because the item is damaged or does not correspond to what you ordered, please contact our service customer.

In the case of a full refund, we will refund you the total amount of the order and the delivery costs if they were on your expense. In the case that an order is paid in part or totally with a voucher or gift voucher, the refund will be made in part or totally with a new voucher.

In the case of a partial return against refund, the shipping costs remain due, we will refund the amount of returned items. For the online return, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items and will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.

If you wish to exchange an item online, a coupon worth the value of your item will be sent to you upon receipt of your return so that you can re-order. In the case of a partial return, you will not have a new delivery charge. The coupon is usable on any purchase of at least the value of the coupon.

In any case, items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn, with their labels and in their original packaging, within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that reserved items in store can only be returned in store.
